July 14: Ste. Genevieve Post 150 Freshman are crowned Missouri State Champions! The Freshman ran the table at state as they went 4-0 in tournament play. Ste. Gen put offense, defense, and pitching together at the most important time of the year to earn a state title. Game 1: Hannibal 7, Ste. Gen 9 W Quarter-Finals: Washington 1, Ste. This coming summer will be my 3rd year of being Head Coach for Ste. Gen Freshman Post 150. The coaching staff is energetic, with goal of teaching players to think smarter on the field. The coaching staff preaches: Attitude, Effort, & Being a Good Teammate. We want our players to become confident in their abilities on and off the field.
2016: Post 150 went 22-10 and finished 4th in the Missouri Freshman Legion State Tournament. The team had a batting average of .340 and stole 173 bases. The freshman scored 310 runs in 32 games this year. Averaging 9.7 runs per game and allowing only 3.5 runs.
2017: Ste. Gen finished 17-5 and ended their season 3rd in the district tournament. The team had a batting average of .332 and stole 115 bases. The freshman on-base % this year was .464 and averaged 8.5 runs per game.
2018: Ste. Gen Post 150 finished the season at 20-5 (6-2). Freshman won their district tournament and would go on to win the Missouri State Tournament.
